Our business currently covers dozens of countries and regions, with 8 branches across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, India, and other markets.

About the Role

We are looking for a traffic-savvy Operations Assistant to support the end-to-end building and daily operation of our private traffic pools.

You will combine community operations with overseas media buying to create an efficient closed loop from public traffic acquisition to private traffic conversion. If you understand viral growth, community engagement, and the Facebook ecosystem, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in building and optimizing our private traffic operation system, including daily community maintenance, user engagement, and viral campaign planning.
Manage the daily operation and promotion of Facebook Business Pages and Ad Accounts, including audience targeting, creative optimization, and traffic conversion.
Drive efficient traffic from public channels to private communities and customer touchpoints.
Track and analyze key metrics from private traffic conversion and Facebook promotions, including CPC, CTR, retention, and conversion rates.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable optimization suggestions.
Assist in drafting marketing copy, campaign plans, and operational SOPs.
Work closely with the team to improve execution efficiency and campaign performance.

Skills and Experience

1-2+ years of internet operations, growth operations, social media operations, or digital marketing experience.
Hands-on experience in private traffic, community operations, or social commerce projects is highly preferred.
Familiarity with Facebook promotion mechanisms, ad account operations, and basic media buying logic.
Proven experience in traffic acquisition, user growth, or campaign execution is a strong plus.
Understanding of overseas social media ecosystems, especially Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, or similar platforms.
Strong internet sense, copywriting ability, and campaign execution skills.
Proficient in Excel for data tracking, reporting, and basic analysis.
Clear logical thinking, strong ownership, and high execution capability.
